Titanium Grade 7

Titanium Grade 7 is a corrosion-resistant titanium alloy known for its excellent strength, high ductility, and superior resistance to oxidizing and reducing environments. It adheres to the specifications of ASTM B265, 3.7235, and UNS R52400, making it an ideal choice for extreme industrial applications.

Due to the addition of palladium, Grade 7 offers enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly in highly acidic and chloride-rich environments. It is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, marine, aerospace, and power generation, where durability and resistance to aggressive media are critical.

Key Features

  • Corrosion Resistance: Outstanding resistance to strong acids and aggressive environments.
  • High Strength: Excellent mechanical properties with superior ductility.
  • Weldability: Easily weldable with standard techniques.
  • Oxidation Resistance: Performs well in oxidizing and reducing conditions.
